Most Amazing Outreach programs are billed by day, not by the number of presentations. Identify the type of event you need based upon your venue and/or day of the week.

Depending upon where your church, school or organization is located we are prepared to waive some or even the entire travel fee if you help us schedule one of our programs in a nearby church, school or other organization.  Read more about Sharing.

UPWARD AWARD NIGHTS

Upward Award Nights are available on a limited basis and should be booked months in advance to insure a place on the schedule.  These fast-paced, fun-packed nights are designed to entertain families, celebrate achievement and clearly present the gospel.

CHURCH SERVICES AND EVENTS

An ordained minister, Steve is more than a gifted speaker.  He is an effective communicator of God's word.  His presentations will challenge your congregation with relevant messages that call people to personal life change. 

Whether evangelizing the lost or edifying the faithful, Steve is available for morning and/or evening worship services, Sunday School Rallies, Revival services, Community Outreach, Retreats, VBS, Potluck Programs, Parties, or other ministry events.

FULL-DAY AT SCHOOLS

The fees for a full-day (3-5 presentations) are $900.   Some schools will schedule a full-day and have as many as 5 presentations (one for each grade level).

Not only is this educationally sound, but it is also cost effective.  Since we do not charge for the number of presentations, you can request up to 5 presentations of the same program on one day. 

With the option to reduce the number of students in an assembly program, some schools choose to have the programs in their library or media center.  This provides another advantage:  Lunch time is no longer a scheduling issue.
 

SPLIT A FULL-DAY

A full-day can be split between two cooperating schools at no additional charge. For example, Steve could do two assemblies at your school in the morning and two assemblies at a different nearby school in the afternoon.  Each school would only pay half of the full day fee ($450 each). This allows each school to save $100 off the half-day rate. The only caveat is that both schools must book the same program on the same day.
 

HALF-DAY AT SCHOOLS

The fees for a half-day (1-2 presentations) are $550.  Many schools will schedule a half-day and have two performances of the same program:  one for lower grades (K-2) and one for upper grades (3-5).  This allows the program content to be customized and age-appropriate.

$AVE MONEY BY $HARING

Sometimes there may be a full-day or half-day in your area that is marked OPEN on our calendar.  Often you can save some or all the travel expenses by scheduling on these OPEN dates.  Check our current schedule for possible dates in your area.

You may also want to ask other schools in your areas to see if they are willing to split a full-day.

We recommend that you send out an e-mail to the others in your district, region, or on your list serve and ask if anyone wants to share a day with you.  By sharing you can save $100 plus split the travel expenses in half.

For your convenience:

• Each school can be invoiced separately
• Schools do not need to be in the same district, even if they are sharing a day, as long as they are nearby.
• Occasionally we will e-mail to our lists to help you find other schools near you to help coordinate group bookings. If you want to be added to that list, even if you aren't sure about when or if you want to book something, let us know and we can keep you in the loop!

Travel fees (gas, food, and lodging expenses) are very simple and straightforward.  If that is not good enough, you'll be happy to an discover that many of our clients NEVER pay travel expenses!  Call our office to find out how you can opt out of paying any travel expenses at all.
